We ran into our old pal Joe at the noted locavore restaurant, Nosh, in Colorado Springs this past weekend. The Peak To Plains Alliance was celebrating all things local and consumable with a benefit raising awareness and support for locavores. What’s a locavore? Glad you asked! A locavore is someone who eats primarily from their own backyard, frequenting businesses that support other local businesses.
